9. Yes I was a Admin for a few months on a sever that has now been shut down due to owners not wanting to run it anymore.
10. Depending on my rank and perms, with correct perms ,and depending on hacks and if first offense 1 week ban.
11. Give them 2 warnings and if that doesn't work ,and first offense 30 minute mute.
12. I dont completely understand this question ,but if you mean someone who just won't listen to what I'm asking them to stop doing etc id give them a warning.

I'm on all the time know the rules, try to help everyone I can, have more than enough time to fulfill my role, I'm friends with a lot of the players on the server, and whenever I'm able to try and make it a little more fun for everyone, plus even without staff perms I try and stop things from escalating or try and stop arguments granted they never listen.
