- I am from Jakarta, Indonesia, which makes my timezone (GMT+7).
6. Why do you want to be staff?
- Lately the server has been increasing in players, with about 50+ players online on a daily basis, 3-4 staffs is really not enough. Bare in mind
that most staffs in this server got I.R.L.(in-real-life) jobs which makes their time limited. On the other hand, due to my current situation which is
(just finished high-school) I have plenty of time to spare [more information on the next question]. Another reason on why I want to be a staff is
that usually Rex (the Owner) likes to test new things, new plugins and etc.. , and I'm always up to help test and find flaws on these new things/plugins.
Last but not the least, I love helping around players that are in need. People need listeners in their life and well I love to listen to people's stories, problems and help them solve the problems whether it's game problems or even I.R.L.(in-real-life) problems.
7. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
- I am able to be around basically every single day. I usually spend about 4-8 hours a day depending on current situation. I have part-time jobs, so I won't be around
every Monday at 14:00 (GMT+7) until 15:30 (GMT+7), every Friday at 17:15 (GMT+7) until 20:00 (GMT+7) and Sundays at 08:00 (GMT+7) until 15:00 (GMT+7). Other than these time and days, I am able to around unless there are special occasions such as family time or hanging out with friends, etc..
8. Do you have a Microphone?
- Yes, I have a microphone and you can call me anytime.
9. Do you have any past staff experience?
- If this application is accepted, then this will be my first time being a staff. I am a music teacher in real life, does that counts as a Staff experience?
10. How would you deal with a hacker?
- Due to what I'm applying for and due to this being my first time, I'll gather as much evidence needed, report to the higher ups and wait for their verdict.
11. How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
- A simple warning is always the first option, usually I give about three chances for people to stop doing what they're told not to do and after that I'll give
light punishments such as /mute. If the problem still continues, I'll report to the higher ups and wait for their verdict.
12. How would you handle a "difficult" player?
- I've been in a school (GRADUATED from this school) where you are in the same class with "Special" students.
I am experienced enough to deal with them and all they need is some slow, clear explaining.
Some needed a soft talk while others needed a strict talk. It depends on that particular player. I am also a music teacher and I'm already trained to
deal with certain questions where nobody is bothered enough to answer.
13. Why should we choose you over other applicants?
- I am here to help grow this already amazing community, and I believe I can help more by being a staff. My free time, my in-real-life experience to the similar things
that I'll face in the server, my love to listen to others and overall my dedication to help is something that can be useful to help the server and the community.
