I want to become staff because I am a loyal player whilst on any server and i play Minecraft on a daily basis. I plan to do my job to the best of my ability, and I won't be that one person who literally just sits in game playing and not moderating at the same time or just doing absolutely nothing. I also will be that one person who is very active in game just trying to find players in game while at the same time and in TeamSpeak or discord ready to help whoever needs help in general, because that's why I'm applying to RexKraft, to help people out. Whenever I am in game, and in TeamSpeak, I will always try to always stay on the positive side of everything. I also want to try and ensure that there's always not a cheater online, I know that's going to be most likely impossible but I want to try my best. Fulfilling the players is a key thing and each staff part ought to dependably have that as a primary concern. I want to become staff on RexKraft since I want to make new companions and have the capacity to converse with more individuals. Since I am extremely active, I can better the staff team, (ex; banning hackers, assisting people in TeamSpeak,
checking what goes on in game including chat). I would also accept this position to a great degree truly yet with energy and alert. I truly just enjoy helping players a lot, by following the greater part of the standards to staff is set with, and work my way up, and to help improve dedicated a more place than it as of now is. I have been a staff member on many servers but I have used my management and development skills on a few of my friends servers and want to step up my game and start working on other servers and help some other communities.

I was the owner of this server called CyPvP (name was changed to ReflexPvP when I resigned) it was an original factions server with an alright playerbase. I had to resign / give my friend the ownership of the server because I had exams for around 2 weeks and I didn't have anytime for the server anymore.

I was a trial-mod on a network called traxxycraft , it went of with a bumpy start but after a few hours the network was running smooth. I did my job to the best of my ability looking for xrayers and keeping chat clean etc. I resigned after a week due to the admin/manager not doing his job correctly and being abusive to the staff team.

Playerbase: Went up for a quick beta release and had around 30 players. (Still in development)
I was helping there network out a lot by developing there skyblock and hcf server but I still have a lot of freetime to be a manager on another server.
10) How would you deal with a hacker?
First go in vanish or spectator mode if i have it because hackers might be able to trace people in vanish
Then monitor them record them and watch it over to see if they were hacking to make sure than tell someone with the power or do it my self and ban them if they were guilty also ScreenShare them possibly to.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
First warn then temp mute and if they still spam afterwards then a perm mute
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants
If I become a staff member on this amazing server I will put hours into moderating and giving players the best Server experience to the best of my ability. I will be assisting people in game with any sort of issues they currently have. I will also be monitoring support rooms as much as I can to make sure people are getting the support they need because some people can be inpatient. When I am online I am always moderating chat to make sure chat is always clean and that all the players are enjoying there experience on RexKraft and not enjoying it because someone is being toxic because they killed them in warp pvp etc. I wont be the guy who just likes to have a staff rank and just sits there playing and not actually doing any staff work, I am the complete opposite I wont be playing that much or at all, I'm applying for staff to help the server out not to look "cool" as some people have said in my past experiences.
