I am applying for the position Trial Mod so I can work my way up the rankings and continue to learn.

6. Why do you want to be staff?
I personally would love to be staff just based on the pure fact of I love helping people. It has always been natural for me to hop in and help anyone that is in need of help or just a simple question answered. I also respect the community that I am in and always strive to make it better. With this staff position it gives me the opportunity to take a step further in bettering the community from those that are just there to harm it.
7. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
I am currently able to contribute anywhere from 2-4 hours a day.

Yes I do have a working microphone
9. Do you have any past staff experience?
I have had many experiences as being a staff member. Anywhere from Prison to Factions, I have taken the time to help better the community in the best possible way I can. I have also had another experience (Not on minecraft) as a Gmod staff member. I worked my way up in all these experiences from T-Mod to Moderator and one have worked my way up to the spot of Sr.Moderator.
10. How would you deal with a hacker?
First I would identify if they were 100% hacking and figure out what they are using to better themselves over the others on the server. After that I would get evidence of them hacking in order to help back their ban up. After these steps I would send the proof to a higher up staff member and ask them if they can review the footage and see if they are eligible for a ban. But if I were not sure if they were hacking, I would ask another staff member to come and assist me with the situation in order to be sure enough to act upon it.
11. How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
First I would give them a verbal warning and if they were to continue I would /warn the player. If they where to continue past that point I would eventually mute them with proof in order to back the mute up as being a well deserved mute.
12. How would you handle a "difficult" player?
I would keep doing my job as a staff member and help the player as much as I would be able to. But if they were to "difficult" of a player to other players ruining their experience on the server and making it so they can't have fun I would step in and deal with the in the correct manor
13. Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I think you should think of picking me because of my past experience of being staff. I have had many opportunities to learn and have taken a part of them to help better my way of staffing. I am also very quick with what I do because I have been staffing for a while over the time I've played minecraft. I am also very kinda and very easy to get to know. Another thing is I am a very friendly person no matter what I always like to meet new people and make a good impression, and this is another opportunity for me to help better the community in the best possible way I can.
