6. Why do you want to be staff? I want to be staff because I would like to help out the server.
7. How much time do you have to contribute to the role? I don't have an exact number but I am on the server a considerable amount.

9. Do you have any past staff experience? Yes. I have been a mod on past servers as well as admin.
10. How would you deal with a hacker? I would first find proof that the person is hacking. Once I find proof, I would then ban them.
11. How would you deal with a spammer in chat? Spammers should get one to two warnings first while reminding them of the rules. If they continue to spam, I would then mute them for a short time. If needed, I would kick them (with a warning as the reason), then temp ban them if they still continue.
12. How would you handle a "difficult" player? Probably the same as above. If needed, I would ask another mod for help.
13. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think you should choose me over other applicants because of my past experience. I was also a manager at my past job so I have lots of experience dealing with difficult people. I know to always stay calm in difficult situations. I get along with and I'm respectful to everyone. I will put as much time that I can in making sure the server is running well and there are no issues.
