The following enumeration is decisive to the acceptance of your Staff application. Thus, if the applicant does not respect this latter, his application will be rejected.
- The applicant must not have a history of disciplinary problems, bad behavior, rule violations and/or abuse, immaturity, etc. (If the applicant has shown improvement in his behavior, he will be considered) ✓ I don't like breaking rules (What anyone would say but, as I'm not finished hear me out) as I'm a staff member on multiple servers and have been, so whenever someone breaks them up I tend to try to stop them.
- The applicant must not ask the staff about his application ✓ I won't, patience is a good thing for a staff member to have in my own opinion.
- Denied applicant must wait for at least 30 days (after being denied) before submitting new staff application ✓ If I'm denied, I'll wait.
- Application must be submitted using this form (applications submitted via E-Mail, Skype, Private Messages, Tickets, Discord, etc. will not be accepted) ✓
- Minimum age to make an application will be 15 years old ✓
- Players who are looking forward to be a part of RexKraft Staff team, must have a Discord account (discordapp.com) on which they should to be active too ✓ I'm very active on discord, usually. I run my own 1.9k server with only a few people helping me on it so I have to be active either way.
- The applicant must be fluent with English ✓ English is my main language, and my only language.
- The applicant must be registered and active for at least 7 days, before applying for a staff position ✓ It's been 11 days since Joe invited me to Rexkraft, 9/15/18 - 9/26/18
- The applicant cannot copy another player's staff application. If so, the player will be instantly rejected ✓ I look down upon that kind of action.
- The applicant must use proper grammar and the correct spelling of words. The use of shortcuts shows you are not serious about this and will not be taken seriously as a result ✓ I'll use proper grammar, and tend to do so when I believe I should be serious.
- The applicant must have a certain knowledge on Minecraft, Plug-ins, etc. ✓ Back in 2015 I had Minecraft, I was able to get developer on a server this size and staff on another. I self hosted my own server off my own internet, and love using Plug-ins to their full potential.
- The applicant must not be involved in a situation of depression, suicidal thoughts or any situation that could influence your mood or performance.
I have depression, and some suicidal thoughts. I battle through them, and don't like them getting in the way of my work. I've asked Rex myself the day before this application was sent, and he said I could apply. ✓
- The applicant must be aware of the server's rules. ✓ Rules are relatively similar per-server, which makes them easier to remember. Though to be safe, sometimes I check /rules again.
- The applicant will be rejected if in his offence history we'll find at least 1 legit ban ✓ Never been banned anywhere for a legitimate reason once, nor do I plan to ruin that record.
- The applicant must not ask the staff about his application. Doing so will decrease a chance of getting accepted. ✓ As said before, Patience is a good thing in my own opinion.
Application Format
1) How Old Are You? (Need to be at least 15 years old)
16 Years old, Born April 8th 2002.
2) Whats You Minecraft In-Game Name?
Creepahz, my nickname in the server is "Nemo".
3) What Are You Applying For?(E.G Helper,Mod,Admin)
Helper, due to activity reasons. I'd wish to apply in a future date for another rank if possible, but there's no telling.
4) What Is Your Timezone?
EST / EDT
5) Why Do You Want To Be Staff?
A lot of reasons. I've been missing minecraft ever since I lost my laptop in 2016, and my old servers got deleted. This is the only good server I've found since 2015 and I'm starting to love it here. This server is outstanding so far and I really wish to support it, and I think being staff is the best thing I can do to support it.
6) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
On discord; Very often, usually 10h or more a day. On minecraft; There's no way of telling, sorry.
7) Anything else we should know?
I run my own discord server -alone- (I have some help from Joe, and a friend of his), as mentioned before. I share my laptop with my mom -another topic for another day- so there's no way to tell what my activity could be. I get stressed easy, which is the only thing that would reduce activity -information is down below-
8) Do you have a microphone
I have a built-in microphone on every device I have discord on. If a staff call is needed, I'll try to join in.
9) Do you have any past staff experience?
Quite a lot, most being older Minecraft servers, though, so I'll say about 5 bigger servers. I'm not staff in too much discord servers (around 4) but I'm very high in them, if proof is requested. Owner, around 3 times (Owner on my own discord server, and Joe's currently), Developer around 1 time, Leader / Co-Owner around 4 times ("Leader" on 1 Discord currently) Admin around 2 times (H-Admin on 1 Discord currently), & Mod around 1 time, not including any demotions or previous ranks.
10) How would you deal with a hacker?
Depends on the hacks, x-ray, warn, kick and ban. VPN, Call staff and have them decide with me whether to do a lock-down or not.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
Ask them to stop, if continued I'd /mute. If they are a known spammer, I'll ban them with permission.
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants
I'm not one to choose myself over others, which I think is a good trait to have at times, so I'm not entirely sure to answer this question, other than with "I'm experienced, and I've grown to like this server and wish to help. I'm active on Discord, and I try to help as much people as I possibly can."
One last thing, I put this at the bottom because this is important. I have a lot of work to do on my server with nobody actually helping me make it, Joe's own discord server, working on another, and trying to do all of that while depressed. I won't ever come off as pissed-off, but sometimes I won't seem motivated -at the time- to do my job, if that happens, I'm really sorry. I usually snap out of it within the maximum of the next day.
*App may be edited by 9/27/18. Final edit has been made, application is final. Sorry for any inconvenience editing may have caused.
