6) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? A lot actually, I'm currently unemployed and I am an insomniac which allows me to pull 24 hour+ sessions if need be.
7) Anything else we should know? I am decently acquainted with most of the general staff related commands, I have a fair temper and have great people skills. I am quite capable of not only handling great responsibility but I am also very good at being thrown into the thick of things and adapting quickly. I am particularly skilled when it comes to communications and I firmly believe that I will be able to assist anyone who needs help with relative ease. I love learning new things and am always excited to rise to a new challenge.

9) Do you have any past staff experience? I used to be A supervisor when I worked at my first job in retail, I also have been running and organizing merchandise for musicians and bands and have also worked as an event promoter and planner, to be precise I am very familiar with supervision and handling a crowd.
10) How would you deal with a hacker? First I would make absolutely certain I have tangible evidence, then I would consult with a higher rank staff member if one is available with the proof I found. If one is not available, I will kick them from the server, ensuring that the offense is in writing to make sure my superiors know about the offense, as hacking is rather serious.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat? I would first remind the spammer of the rules on spam, and if it persists past a few verbal warnings and reminders, I will mute them temporarily, if it persists when the mute is expired, then I will officially /warn them, this is also dependent on the case, as spam comes in many forms and it isn't always intentional.
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants?
There are several reasons why I believe I would make a good staff member. First and foremost, I excel in the field, so to speak, I fervently believe that my ability to adapt to any situation I enter and handle it with the utmost care, sincerity, and vigor will be nothing but a boon to the members of our community. Second, I have a decent amount of experience with JavaScript, while this may not necessarily apply to the job of a Trial-Moderator, I believe it will certainly be an asset in the future. Thirdly, I am extremely hard working and will not cease my efforts until such a time as they are no longer needed. Finally, I am an excellent people person, I have a lot of experience dealing with people and calming a bad situation before it gets worse.
As I have mentioned, I learn by doing and face all challenges head on without a hint of doubt or hesitation. I believe that through my efforts we as a community will be able to move forward and progress to a better future, I plan to do everything in my power to ensure that our goals are met and that our members are happy and our numbers continue growing. I plan to do all of this with diligent work and giving the best aid and service I can provide.
While my knowledge of JavaScript and coding in general may not assist in the general every day work of a Trial-Moderator, I believe in time I will prove to be a boon to the server by being able to assist with plugins and perhaps more. I will continue my studies of coding in the hopes that I might be of more use to everyone. I am also decent with other forms of code as well such as c++, basic python, and html. while these may not be job specific attributes, they do show that I have a keen knowledge for the technical side of things and am always striving to learn more.
I am incredibly hard working and, quite frankly, stubborn when it comes to work, I don't give up. I've always prided myself on being goal oriented and how I strive to achieve those goals and will absolutely put 110% into everything I do here. I have already been doing my best to help out those in need as well as new players and want to be able to do more for them. This server is my alma mater and I will give it my all.
When it comes to communications and dealing with the people, this is where I will excel the best. I am capable of getting along with just about anyone and I am kind but fair when it comes to punitive action. I will not play favorites and shall treat everyone as equals and with the due respect they deserve as beloved members of out community.
