Ok, first thing, please hear me out. I'm 13 (14 in April) and not old enough to apply but I believe I'm mature enough to become a staff so please please please read the rest of my app.

5) Why Do You Want To Be Staff?
I want to help the server out in any way I can. RexKraft is a great server in my opinion, Nemo got me hooked on it and now I play it a lot. I know the community pretty well and enjoy making friends. I want to be able to make sure the server is doing good and help to improve it.
6) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
Not sure, it really depends on how much time I have available. Most of the time I can be on for 3-4 hours sometimes 4 each day. I cant be on forever though because I have school from 7:30AM-3:30PM CST which cuts off a full 8 hours plus I play Overwatch and some other games too, but I can still contribute 3-4 hours a day hopefully. I'll try to be as active as I can.
7) Anything else we should know?
Yeah I have basketball season starting sometime in December and ending in late January or early February and I have practice from 3:30 (the moment school gets out)-5:30 so I can't be as active during those times but I'll still try to squeeze in a few hours.

9) Do you have any past staff experience?
Actually yes I was a staff on a server called Farlanders (rip server) a few years ago. I was like 9 or 10 so I wasn't great but I started paying attention to how staffs deal with various situations and have realized what I was doing wrong and I improved a lot over that time.
10) How would you deal with a hacker?
Well what I would do first is I would make sure there are no higher ranked staff online and if so I would tell them what's going on and I would have them deal with it since they are a higher rank. If there are no other staff online I would go in /v and follow him around to make sure he's hacking. If it is clear that they are hacking then I would take a video of it and post it in staff chat to have another staff member who's on the discord confirm they are hacking, and if they are hacking, allow me to take action. I would probably temp ban for 30 days if they were hacking.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
The first thing I would do is give them a warning. If they continue to spam I will most likely either give another warning or a 5 minute mute, depending on how excessive the spamming is. If they continue to spam I will give them a 30 minute mute. If they think they're so smart to continue spamming I would temp ban them for 24 hours.
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I think I'm mature enough for this position despite my age. I understand how to deal with people that aren't behaving as they should be and I enjoy the community. I enjoy helping people out and moderating chat and anything I can do to help improve the server!!
