5) Why Do You Want To Be Staff?
I would like to apply to RexKraft because I think that it would spike up my experience and give me some good pointers on being a staff member and I hope that one day I can be an Admin on here but I'm pretty sure that's far into the future and first I have to get staff. I feel like I'm more equipped to be a staff member on your server and that I'm the better staff member then anybody applying I think my skills and my experience would go great with RexKraft l and I can help the server in a dramatic way and help out with their community. I'm a really professional guy and from judging from the staff members you already have on your server their just as professional and you choose really good people but I know if you had me on your staff team I would do just as good or even better than your staff members. I know it’s not a contest and I respect my fellow staff members and I mostly get along with all the members when I'm staff on a server and I feel that's how everybody should be when staffing no matter how much you disagree with their decisions it's a job. RexCraft has always been the best thing to happen for me & I think that me being staff would help me and the server out at the same time so there are fewer hackers and I get more experience. I know that probably everybody is applying and it’s hard to choose but I promise if you choose me you won’t regret it I would a really good pick for the next Helper on your server. You should accept me as staff because of my quality like:
Problem Solver: I have probably been in every staff scenario you can think of and I can also think of about 100 ways to solve all of them. The average Xrayer, hacker, insider ETC. I know how to deal with everything so I don’t need to be taught much just some of the ends and outs but I won't constantly be asking for a moderator or admin to help me unless its mandatory or can't be helped
Idealist: I would count myself as a huge idealist due to the fact that I think really out there. like my ideas or really out there and I always have a brain filled with ideas just off the top of my head which can really help if the server is thinking about adding more stuff for an update. I just think overall, I have the ideas if it is needed which I can give if I get staff or not.
Multi-Tasker: I am a very good multi-tasker I have been doing multiple things at the same time probably most of my life so this comes easy to me and is a very good quality to have so I can do multiple things at once which means multiple things get done at once. Like I can be moderating on the server while also checking the forums replying to ban appeals or just answering conversations ETC.
Maturity: It is really good to be mature while being staff actually it's one of the best features you can have as a staff member and I suggest all staff members should have. I am very mature for my age and I can handle business situations since I'm thinking about being a long-term staff on Faithful if I do get the spot.
Flexibility: I am very Flexible in many aspects. My schedule is very flexible I can be on 8 hours a day if I have to or vice versa. I am also very good at being flexible as a staff member in general.
Team Player: I'm a team player and I love Helping out a fellow staff member and will always be by His or her side. There is no I in team as many people staff and I think that is true without your fellow staff members and it just being you, being staff on a server would be a lot harder that's why you should work together and get to know each other and don't hate each other for silly reasons because the server should bring you guys together and you guys main goal should be to help the server in every way possible.

Just to let u guys know i'll be honest here. I have been banned before because i was Kill aura-ing in a pvp server. After that i never did it again. It was a mistake i admit it. But since the last time i got banned i never hacked again. I learned my lesson.

It was the first ever server I played so I was really new to everything but after a couple of maps. I decided to get staff just to see how the experience would be. I did pretty well cause I managed to rank up to Senior Mod. I learned how to do what is called a basic Screen share now because there was close to no Ghost Clients back then so all you needed to know is how to find an Auto clicker.

MCPVP was a Soup Network that hosted many servers like MunchyMC but it was out way before Munchy. It was Very fun because like I said before Soup was my everything and it was so fun to me so I played it day and night until I found out they were looking for staff so me and a couple of my other friends applied but me and my other friend got it and I made it to Mod again because of my age back then. This was my favorite server back then and the fact that I got staff made it feel like a dream. Some YouTubers that played on here was probably some of the biggest Minecraft YouTubers at the time, like Schmockyy Bball and ETC.

Clarity MC was a server I was staff on recently. The server had just been bought by some Archon Developer and Huawhi and I got staff about two weeks before it had its first sotw. I played the old server Hcgames a lot so I just decided to apply for staff when I saw it was open again and got it. The server was really fun and I didn’t learn much since it was for a short 3 weeks and the two managers of the server started griefing it because they got caught abusing players. It was really hard to learn or be taught a staff lesson from this server because of how corrupt everything was.

10) How would you deal with a hacker?
First, i would go into vanish and spectate him. Trying to lure him into a trap of example : Diamonds hidden behind a bedrock wall and if he goes for it i'll record it and report/ban him. Make a secret base with nothing in it and place a sign on it where it says : U got caught. Just a few examples to lure a hacker into a trap.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
First u gotta let him know who's the boss. U give him a little warning, if he continues after that u give him a little mute. Even if he continues after that u just maybe ban him for 1 day, maybe he'll learn out of his lessons he got not to spam our chat.
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants
U shouldn't but, if u choose me over the other applicants u get a pretty experienced player/staff in ur team.
