I think having Trivia Night at least once a week, would be a good way to keep players coming back. And it would also give players something to look forward too.
I was looking around and found a plugin that is most likely outdated, but only by 1 version (1.12) and wouldn't require much fixing, if any at all.
Maybe have some kind of cash reward for the players with the most correct answers.
