Digital Goods — All Sales Final
All products sold on RexKraft are digital goods delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Delivery & Access
Purchases are applied to your in-game account or delivered via our systems. If your items have not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support and we will assist promptly.
Unauthorized Payments & Errors
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, or an error occurred (such as duplicate charges), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may reverse charges in verified cases of fraud or duplicate payment.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in an account suspension or ban from the server and store. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Compliance
This policy is consistent with common practices for digital content. Your statutory rights, where applicable by law, remain unaffected.
