I am applying for any role really, i'm not fussy about which one I am given and I am willing to work up from the bottom should i need to.

My timezone is GMT.
6. Why do you want to be staff?
I want to be staff for multiple reasons, firstly I want to help the server progress. I also want to be able to help the players more so than i can as a regular player as i want all the players to be as happy as they can be. Lastly i just wish to make a difference for the better of all of Rexkraft.
7. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
I have as much time as is needed of me for the role, there is no current reason why i would not be able to be staff for years and years.
8. Do you have a Microphone?
I do have a microphone
9. Do you have any past staff experience?
I do not, however i believe i am capable of rising up to the mantle of being staff, and I am willing to learn everything i need to to achieve being a competent and good staff member.
10. How would you deal with a hacker?
I would firstly use any of the appropriate plugins/ tells to see what kind of hack is being used, things like looking for if the person in question is going straight from ore to ore like they can see it. I would then spend some time following the player, taking notes of whether these signs are flukes or are repetitive occurrences in order to be sure whether to punish the player or not. If they are hacking and evidence points to it then i would give an appropriate punishment for hacking, some sort of ban punishment.
11. How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
I would warn them that they are spamming and ask them politely to stop. If they persisted with the spamming I would then give them the adequate punishment for spamming. I.e. a mute of some kind
12. How would you handle a "difficult" player?
I would handle them with patience, making sure to stay polite. I would keep my eye on them seeing if they are causing any trouble, giving the appropriate advice/ warning should it be needed. If the player were to become too much trouble and started to cause major disruption then I would give them a final warning before muting or giving more serious punishment should it be needed.
13. Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I think i should be chosen over the other applicants because of, not only my age, I am 20 and so am quite mature and will not make hasty decisions, but I am also a very patient person and so can have a lot thrown at me and keep my cool. I am also good under pressure and quick to act in situations that need it if they are spiralling out of control.
