Spec. to determine if they are cheating. If so then ban them.
How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
Warn about the spam. If it is kept up then ban them.
Why should we choose you over other applicants
I believe I should be chosen over other applicants because of my ability to deal with issues in a professional manner and previous knowledge of running Minecraft servers.
