6. Why do you want to be staff?To help the server with moderation and help the player base in general. Along with bringing the community together.
7. How much time do you have to contribute to the role? 6+ Week Days. 10+ Weekend and pretty much all day during summer.
8. Do you have a Microphone? Yes I have a working microphone
9. Do you have any past staff experience? Yes I do I used to be a co-owner of my friend server along with Head Staff Manager of it but the server got shut down because not many people would visit and we didn't have the funds to continue the server so it had been shut down for 4 years. I'm very experienced in talking and communicating with all players. I help every single player I can and try to make their experience the best they will have.
10. How would you deal with a hacker? I'd Ban them depending on the hack's they're used and depending on my role at the time if i'm still a helper i'd record and report it to a higher ranking staff member so they can role out the proper punishments.
11. How would you deal with a spammer in chat? I'd warn first then Mute for 5 minuets and if they keep spamming i'd extend it by 10 until the 4th time then its a perm mute
12. How would you handle a "difficult" player? I would handle a difficult player by trying to calm the situation and not escalate it and if they don't calm down i'd give them a warning if they keep escalating the situation after i told them to stop. Then I'd report it to a higher staff.
13. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I'm not the top of my class ill admit but ill give you my strengths and weaknesses and let you decide:
Strengths/Weaknesses: I'm always up late i'm good at moderation people and defusing situations when they become hefty. one of my weakness is that I don't know much of coding, However I do know some of the basic commands, I’m very friendly with everyone I meet, I am very generous to everyone, I’m not afraid to put my foot down, I can be a little too trusting at times.
14. Is there anything else we should know? My computer is not the best it gets super laggy. I don't have a job. I get on everyday after school I get out at 2:18 (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). I can be persistent and I will fight to prove what I think is the right judgement. I try to help admins/mods with their problems if they are busy with other people. I try to stall people until they are able to come fix the problem at hand. If the admins/mods aren't available i try to answer any questions they might have if it is within my power to do so. I’ve have my own personal experience with admins/mods and i’d love to be on a team with them and do everything in my power to help them make this server a better place and make sure the right justice is given to the wronged.
