I like to try and be a better part of the community and I usually strive for more then most people.
6) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
Depends on the day, usually right now I have a bit of free time so at least a couple of hours a day.
7) Anything else we should know?
I'm always open to improvement so I can usually take to policy changes quickly and I'm not afraid of criticism.

9) Do you have any past staff experience?
I'm an L1 MTG (Magic: The Gathering) judge and every Friday go help out at my LGS (Local Game Store) from around 4pm-10pm by giving rulings and following WoTC's guide on how to deal with troublesome people such as cheaters or mistakes or just toxicity.
10) How would you deal with a hacker?
Given that I have the power, it depends on what type of hack they are using and how, I'm going to be a bit more lenient with a hacker that is only using something that affects them like x-ray vs someone using them to affect someone else in a negative way like kill-aura. If it's something like x-ray it would be a temp ban for a day and if they do it again upgrade it to a perm ban, but something like kill-aura would be a perm ban.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat?
Again this depends on if I have the power and the severity, if they're just posting something every couple mins it would be to ask them in chat to stop, then upgraded to a warning, then kick, then mute. if it's something more severe like racism I'd instantly mute and possibly even ban depending on exactly what they said (or if it's in the name would also be a ban).
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants
I have lots to bring from my judging experience, including getting people to stay and how to deal with most problems as both Minecraft and MTG are both just games so skills transfer easily. I also like to get along with everyone and it's very rare for someone to even dislike me, this gets me in a position where I can deescalate a situation more effectively then a more polarized person.
