5) Why Do You Want To Be Staff? I like helping people and have been helping as much as I can lately. If possible, I'd like the ability to help more.
6) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? A lot actually, I generally pull 18+hour gaming sessions.
7) Anything else we should know? I am a fast learner and can definitely help out a lot given the opportunity.

9) Do you have any past staff experience? Not on Minecraft specifically, but I've been running merch booths for bands at live concerts for years and I know how to handle raucous people causing trouble.
10) How would you deal with a hacker? Depending on my abilities, I would first kick them, then go to a ban if it happens again as most hackers will hack time and time again.
11) How would you deal with a spammer in chat? I would start with a couple verbal warnings and if it persists I would /warn them. if its an ongoing thing I will move to a kick.
12) Why should we choose you over other applicants? I have an even temper, a lot of patience and a long fuse. I have a lot of time on my hands and can help out staff coverage a lot. I learn quickly and can get a long with anyone, and a have a lot of experience dealing with people from my past jobs.
